A unique opportunity – a 70% scholarship by the top-ranked Glion Institute of Higher Education for 50 leaders of tomorrow from Eastern Europe.

A leading Swiss school, Glion Institute of Higher Education, in cooperation with the International Tourism Academy (ITA), developed a unique training program – the “Emerging Leaders Executive Program.”

The program is based on the hybrid teaching method and includes three modules. During its course, the program participants have a chance to attend masterclasses within the course framework at Glion’s renowned campus in Switzerland.

The program’s three modules are divided as follows:

Leadership, Leading Transformation

Crisis Leadership in the Service Industry

Leadership Impact on Company Performance

Bachelor’s Degree

Learn how to lead a hospitality business and master the tools of the trade, working through simulated hotel development and business projects with experienced faculty members.

You’ll develop your critical thinking, research, and writing skills to produce high-quality professional work, including an applied business project.

And for your semester 7, you have the opportunity to study one of three career-focused specializations (see separate tab for more details).

Year 1

Practical Arts – you’ll learn, the highest standards of hospitality service and operations under leading culinary and hospitality professionals.
6-Month Internship

Year 2

Hospitality Fundamentals – refining managerial knowledge and skillset in the areas such as Marketing, Financial Accounting, IT Business Tools and many more.

Year 3

6-Month Internship
Simulated hotel development projects with experienced faculty members.

Year 4

Develop your critical thinking, research, and writing skills to produce high-quality professional work and complete an applied business project or Bachelor’s Thesis.
