The impactful GRETA project, a collaborative effort between the European Union, Sweden, and the Austrian Development Agency (ADA), aimed at fostering sustainable development in the Svaneti region through the Svaneti Destination Management Organization (DMO) “ShanLand”. 

The training program focused on key areas crucial for effective destination management, the modules included organizational management, fundraising, proposal writing, project cycle management, financial management of grant projects, and event organization. Through GRETA, the project has left a lasting imprint on the region’s tourism and agricultural landscape, contributing to a more resilient and vibrant community.
