A multifaceted leader, Manana extends her impact as the Education Advisor to the UN Tourism Secretary General. In this role, she leverages her expertise to advise and shape educational strategies within the global tourism landscape.

Nino is a visionary leader with a decade-long commitment to fostering educational excellence, drawing on her robust legal background as a cornerstone in the daily and long-term management of our company and projects. Currently serving as the Co-founder of the International Education Group (ITA) in Tbilisi, Georgia, Nino combines her legal expertise with a dedication to advancing education and career development.
In addition to her legal acumen, Nino has enriched her skill set by obtaining certifications in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) as a Certified Trainer, as well as iPec Coaching. These additional qualifications further enhance her ability to lead effectively and inspire positive change within the education sector.
In 2019, Nino founded the International Education Group (ITA) with a vision to transform the educational landscape in Georgia. ITA is not just an education management and consultancy company; it’s a catalyst for change.
